Welcome to LOFAQ™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at https://lofaq.com, VPN app, VPN app accounts, VPS/VM services, affiliate marketing system, or rewards program (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Member (free user) or as a premium user (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), or by using our services without registration, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

VPN Access: We provide VPN accounts for our own app and for select third-party VPN applications.
User Tiers: Free users (Members) receive basic access with ads and captcha verification. Premium users (Silver, Gold, Platinum) enjoy an ad-free, captcha-free experience along with additional benefits as described on our site.
Affiliate Marketing & Rewards: Users may participate in our affiliate program and earn rewards based on referral activities and other criteria outlined on our website.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and when using our services.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, illegal streaming, torrenting, DDoS, spamming, and engaging in fraud.

4. Privacy

5. Payment & Refunds

Subscription Fees: Premium service access requires payment. Subscription fees are detailed during the purchase process.

Affiliate & Rewards Earnings: Earnings from affiliate marketing and rewards may be subject to minimum payout thresholds and compliance with our guidelines.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any such modifications, temporary suspensions, or discontinuation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if your use of our services poses a security risk or liability. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and any pending refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LOFAQ™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of Ghana.
