Task Center Terms of Service

The LOFAQ™ Task Center is a decentralized marketplace connecting Task Issuers with Task Performers. By accessing or utilizing this platform, you agree to the following governed standards of conduct.

1. Provisions for Task Issuers

Users who list tasks ("Issuers") are responsible for the integrity of their campaigns:

Safety & Accuracy: All links, files, and instructions must be verified, non-misleading, and free from malicious code.
Content Restrictions: Phishing, harmful software (malware), illegal material, or content violating third-party rights is strictly prohibited.
Service Fees: A 10% platform service fee is automatically deducted from the total reward amount upon successful completion and claim by a performer.
Enforcement: Fraudulent or harmful listings will result in immediate task removal, asset forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the LOFAQ™ ecosystem.

To maintain a high-quality, bot-free marketplace, LOFAQ™ applies a standard 10% service fee to all successful completions. This is reinvested into:

Anti-Fraud Tech: Advanced heuristic filters to ensure only human users claim your rewards.
Infrastructure: 99.9% uptime for your campaign links and instant asset distribution.
Mediation: A dedicated support layer to handle disputes between Issuers and Performers.

2. Merchant Quality Standards

High-performing tasks follow these three pillars:

Fair Rewards Reward must match task complexity.

Direct Links No ad-walls or redirect chains.

Clear Steps Concise, numbered instructions.

3. Prohibited Merchant Conduct

Data Mining: Harvesting personal info without a service-related purpose is banned.
Paywalls: You may not require users to pay a fee to complete a task.
Deception: Altering instructions after a campaign has launched is grounds for a ban.

2. Provisions for Task Performers

Users who complete tasks ("Performers") must maintain high proof-of-work standards:

Honest Completion: Tasks must be performed in full according to provided instructions. Superficial or incomplete attempts will be rejected.
Anti-Manipulation: The use of automated scripts, bots, fake accounts, or emulators is strictly forbidden. We employ advanced heuristic detection to identify non-human activity.
Referral Incentives: Performers may earn additional rewards when their direct referrals successfully complete verified tasks.
Penalties: Attempted deception of verification systems results in an immediate ban and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

3. Global Ecosystem Rules

Network Integrity (VPN/Proxy): To maintain data quality, many third-party offers prohibit the use of VPNs or Proxies. Use of these tools may lead to automatic task failure by our providers.
Moderation Authority: LOFAQ™ reserves the absolute right to review, audit, and moderate all transactions and task completions.
Anti-Abuse Protocols: Multiple layers of verification are active to protect the reward pool from sybil attacks and exploitation.
